I truly can't believe this time is already here! It seem as though the offseason goes by way to fast. We miss Sonoma already!! We are both back in baltimore getting ready for a healthy and positive season! Tony for the past few weeks has been working extremely hard at the Ravens training camp. I commend all of the players everywhere that has to go through this... working hard is an understatement! The training camp here is not only a big deal for the players but for the fan too! Yesterday I visited Tony at camp and there were at least 4,000 fans watching them prepare for this season.

We miss all our family and friends back home! We feel blessed to be part of the Ravens this year and will make the best out of it! We plan on doing a lot more sightseeing to take advantage of were we get to live. We hope that we have many visitors!!!
